  Pickup was easy but we experienced an accident on our way back from dropping off the car & due to this we were a few miles short of a fuel tank. This resulted in a $50 fuel charge for the difference which was like $10 per gallon of gas! To note we paid $80 to fill it right before we were going to drop it. Had we known this would be that much of a penalty we would have figured it out. Plz keep in mind I became very ill and was for a few days during this transition/ drop off & unable to handle it. I have been an enterprise member for many years and have used their services with no complaints, but this one definitely felt needed to be noted because it didn’t matter how long I had been a customer with them and or the circumstances, they could not grant me any lenient. Therefore, I felt this needed to be noted

  I had a bundled reservation and was recently stuck in a long slow queue at a rival's counter in Salt Lake City when I noticed that there was nobody waiting at Enterprise. I've had excellent service from Enterprise in the past, so I climbed under the rope to go talk with the representative. She reviewed my reservation, and before I said anything she went to her supervisor to discuss matching the competitor's offer. They did, and I was out the door in just a few minutes. The entire experience was a delight.

  All in all a super seamless process of pickup and return which is great. The employees there are extremely pleasant and helpful. My biggest issue with the whole rental was the passenger side second row hvac roof vent fell off twice hitting my daughter once and wife in the leg. Not sure why such a new car would have that issue but I hope they take care of it. I did report it to the attendant that I returned the vehicle to and he said he would notify his manager and get it fixed. Hope they follow through with it.

  The car I rented was fine and performed wonderfully. When I returned the car to Salt Lake City International Airport, I used the Enterprise address on the contract - 3920 West Terminal Drive and ended up in a parking lot - YOU NEED TO PROVIDE BETTER INSTRUCTIONS for returning cars to Salt Lake City International Airport. I had to pay a parking lot toll in order to exit the parking lot and then drove around looking for Enterprise's return lot. I called Enterprise customer service 3 times and talked with 3 different people, all who transferred me to someone else who wasn't able to help me. The car I rented was fine. YOUR RETURN INFORMATION CAUSED ME ALOT OF STRESS AND INCONVENIENCE.

  I have been a loyal customer at Enterprise Salt Lake City Airport for many years. I have the option to fly to Las Vegas or SLC. I always choose SLC because the Enterprise location is inside the terminal, and I don't have to use a bus like in Vegas. Now that I can check in online via the Enterprise App, I don't even have to visit the counter. I simply get the car I want. If you don't have the app, get it today! Also, since the drop off is also in the terminal, it is one less thing to stress about. Drop off your car and walk inside. It could not be easier.
