  Picked up our car on a Wednesday night at SLC. Drove to our destination 30 miles away. Red warning light (critically low on gas) came on. Didn’t think I needed to check that we had adequate gas (full tank!) when we left Enterprise. Disappointed. We had a problem in San Diego , a few months back, with Enterprise. I’ve never experienced these problems in the past. Enterprise has “earned” these 2 stars. Thinking about changing rental companies. Too bad - I’ve always been an Enterprise fan.

  The entire Enterprise car rental experience was so smooth and easy. When we arrived at SLC airport we went to the enterprise counter to check in. We then went to an area and had a great selection of vehicles (all makes and models) to choose from. Rental Cars were coming in clean and going out (being rented) at a quick pace but still so smooth and hassle free. When we arrived back at the airport we just dropped our car off at a convenient location and went into the airport. A receipt was emailed to me with no surprise charges and was the price I expected it to be. (I took the option to prepay gas so I did not have to bring the car back with a full tank). When I return to SLC in the future I will not hesitate to use Enterprise as my preferred car rental option. A shout out to entire the staff as they were all so very courteous and helpful. Jim Severt

  Worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars I would. They gave me a car that kept disabling safety features. They wanted me to drive back 4 hours out of my way to replace the car! They offered me a tow, which was not possible with two other passengers. Then they offered us an Uber! Hello, I did not pay $300 for an uber! I kept having to pull over and restart the car on my way from Utah to California. This extended my trip 2 and a half hours. Not pleased. Whe I was told that SOMEONE would contact me to make it right. 4 days later and still no call. Never again!

  They gave me a 2026 nissan sentra that kept "temporarily"disabling safety features on me while driving. My car broke down in St George and I needed to get back to California. I went here because they were the only rental place open on Sunday and had availability. I spent almost $300 so I could get home. What was supposed to be a 10 hour drive turned into a 12 and a half hour nuisance! I had to keep pulling over to turn the car off and on again to try and restart the safety features. When that didn't work I wiped down the logo and the grill to hopefully clean the sensor. When I called them at 4 hrs out on the side of the freeway, the representative said they could tow the car and get me back to the airport for another car! I told her that was NOT an option as I had 2 passengers with me and we couldn't all fit in a tow truck. She then proceeded to tell me that she could call me an Uber to take me and my passengers to California. I said I did not pay $300 to take an Uber! These people are ridiculous! When I finally dropped off the car in California, I was told utah had to close out the agreement. They created a "note" about my issues and I should be receiving a call. Well, day 3 and still no call. I even called the enterprise at the airport and they "escalated" the note and said i should be hearing from the manager to see how they could "compensate" me for my issues. Yeah right! If they even call at all. I'll let you know... Don't think I'll be using Enterprise again in the future.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Salt Lake City, Utah. The vehicle selection was great, and the car I received was practically new and exceptionally clean. The pickup and return process was quick and efficient, making the entire rental experience hassle-free. What truly impressed me, however, was the honesty and professionalism of the team. During my trip, I accidentally dropped an envelope containing cash that my children’s uncles had given them. I didn’t even realize it was missing until the Enterprise team, especially Eric, went out of their way to contact me by both phone and email to make sure I knew about it. They safely held the envelope and returned it to me with all of the cash intact. In today’s world, that level of integrity and customer care is rare and greatly appreciated. A sincere thank you to Eric and the entire Enterprise team in Salt Lake City for going above and beyond. Your professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service turned a great rental experience into an unforgettable one. Highly recommended!
