The car I requested was ready when I needed it (although they were still vacuuming it out when I came outside). Checking in and dropping off were really easy and didn't take more than 5-10 minutes each time. The staff were all friendly to me and I had no problems at all.
- BTBrian ThurberFeb 16, 20161.0Terrible customer service. The website allows you to schedule a pickup during hours that they are closed. We were told to drop off the car by 7 pm. No one was there at 7 PM because they closed at 6. We had a similar problem when we picked up the car. Scheduled for 7 AM but ended up waiting 45 minutes for the car to arrive. If you need to talk to someone in the office over the phone, forget about it. Their automated system can put you in touch with the national call center, but they will just give you the same local number that got you into the automated system to begin with. It's a nightmare.
