  I don't remember his name, but tall bro with long dark hair and a goatee was a life saver. Walked in and told bro I had no idea what I was doing and he got right to helping me with my problem without making me feel ignorant. Super grateful for him.

  Truly, the best customer service i have ever had. They treat me like family there. They also know how to work with the most knowledgeable car people as well as some who is just starting their car journey. Special shout out to Candise who always has her customers backs and helps in every way possible.

  Had a surprisingly good experience at AutoZone recently after stopping in for what I thought was going to be a quick battery and light bulb run. I had a couple questions about compatibility for my truck and one employee took the time to actually double check everything instead of just pointing me toward a shelf and sending me on my way. You can tell some of the staff really know their stuff. What stood out most though was the customer service. Another customer came in while I was there with a tire pressure issue and the manager actually grabbed a personal air pump to help them out instead of just telling them to find a gas station somewhere. Little things like that say a lot. It’s easy to find auto parts stores, but harder to find locations where employees genuinely try to help people solve problems.
