  As far as customer service goes, this location(3300 south and 1200 east on 8/16/26) fails with two thumbs down. The employees scheduled for the day weren’t friendly or helpful, especially the lady who made a smart remark when I expressed out loud that the service was lackluster. I wasn’t being rude in the first place, but after being made to wait for several minutes, I had to express my annoyance somehow. The other employee gave me this mad dog stare as well. Frankly, the old adage “the customer is always right” does still apply and this company should spend more resources training their employees properly. I won’t recommend anyone here as it is uncomfortable and O’reillys is up the street.

  Guy behind counter was helpful and gave pointers on brake job had to do out here in sons car. Had to buy all new tools.

  Went to the store on Saturday afternoon and needed an alternator for my car. They had what I needed but no mechanic to put it in my wife’s KIA. After calling several shop the manager, Talia told us they she has a friend that is a mobile mechanic. She contacted him and he said he could come and fix it. We needed to get home to St. George and she went above and beyond to help us. Shout out to her friend Antonio who came and helped us on a Saturday afternoon at a very reasonable price.

  I came in to BUY a battery as mine was 8 years old and weak. Employee Amanda greeted me and looked up my battery. I requested to purchase the battery. Amanda told me she could not install a battery today only test it. I would have to come back later and I would need to bring in the core to get the $20 core charge from the battery I bought here years ago before I could purchase the new battery. I said fine, I'll go pull the battery. As I was pulling the battery, the customer who showed up just after me has one of the workers helping him with his battery. We joked about how I must have got the wrong help today. As I lifted out the battery, I see Amanda walking out with a giant drink and her bag get into her car and leave. I was super disappointed knowing at that moment, she had no interest in helping me in the first place. I brought my battery in, waited in line again, only to have what I assume was a lazy manager in a red shirt tell me I had to wait for someone else to help me as he mumbled and sat on a chair behind the counter. I finally got another employee to sell me a battery and I went out, installed it myself. I work retail and am very aware of the MANY ways I could have been given better customer service. I am super disappointed and bummed about the whole experience.
