Kylie had an awesome customer service. I really appreciated that she offered me a discount for being a nurse after seeing my name tag. The whole team was very efficient. I was able to get my oil changed and cabin filter changed under 15 minutes.

We love coming here!! This shop is super quick, informative and efficient! We love the communication and the way the crew is constantly communicating and showing us the filter and what's going on with the car. Phenomenal way to do business and we appreciate that they are open on Sundays!!! Awesome job and thank you!!!

Great spot to get a quick, friendly and thorough oil change. I have no complaints and I was impressed they checked my lights and wipers, if that is normal I have never seen it (doesn’t mean it wasn’t done) and I was glad they checked!

Oil change and the techs that handled me were great. Not so much for what I observed the Manager who I believe was named Daniel. He was yelling at the employees in the pit and across the shop, constantly checking his phone for something and spat on the ground twice in front of of me and other customers.

I've been going to valvoline the last couple times to get my oil changed. However after visiting this store I will no longer be back. Went in to get my oil changed, they came up and said the drain plug was too tight for them to change the oil and said if they proceeded they would ruin the oil pan. I went home did the oil change myself. When I got under my truck they had already loosened the oil plug it was leaning oil because they loosened it and just didn't want to change my oil. I would avoid this place. Maybe it is just this location as I've been satisfied with other locations. But this location is a absolute joke!
