  I was in and out in a timely manner and the staff seemed to all be communicating and working as a team. The new service manager was very friendly and helpful.

  The team was super efficient, so kind, didn't try to sell me on air filters, but allowed me to purchase them on my own. The fact that I didn't even have to get out of my car was a PLUS. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone introduced themselves, and honestly, the best oil change service i've ever had!

  Jared and his team at the mall drive Valvoline were exceptional! They went above and beyond with their customer service. My oil change went flawlessly. Will absolutely be returning.

  It was quick and easy. They were not busy when I got there, so I got through the process easily. It’s nice to be able to sit in your car while it happens as well. No awkward waiting room moments 😂

  This team is very helpful! My husband and I recently got a new car from the dealership and finally took it on a little road trip about 4hrs from where we currently live. Near the end of our trip we noticed little things that told us something was wrong. We suspected an overfill of oil, within minutes of taking our car here they identified the problem and helped us make our way safely home. They showed care to our situation and wanted to make sure our kiddos were safe as well. They helped correct a mistake the dealership made and help us drain the excess oil. Very awesome team, they saved our butts! Husband says if we lived in the area we would go here for everything with how knowledgeable the staff is. 07/26/26 3:30 pm
