- BSBrad ShieldsJun 22, 20261.0I really wanted to like this place. Got an oil change before leaving town, on the way up had nothing but car issues from this. Weird engine reving, missed shifts. My car only has 11k miles on it, brand new. I had a store in Saratoga look at it. The oil filter was on crooked. Im not sure if that was the only issue. Im taking it to the dealership to see what else they did. Not happy at all.

Both the manager and the assistant manager came out introduced themselves and made sure I understood the entire process. They checked fluids, tires, air filter, everything. They let me know what I needed and even better, they let me know what I didn’t need, . They were very friendly and professional. I was on my way in no time.

So I had to call him and ask him if he could tell me the right mileage so I could come in when my oil was due again. He was so polite over the phone and he’s a very good manager.
