  Just one more disappointment. Too busy whining about a damn ding meanwhile my family had to sit for 45 minutes to be told without a Utah drivers license you have to use a credit card. I can't rent from them anyway because I never paid the 1200 they tried to charge me 4 years ago for damage the weed stinking employee found after I left. Good luck I wouldn't waste my time.

  They say one thing over the phone, but when you show up in person, they tell you something else entirely. Personally, I wasted my time: I went to see them because they told me over the phone that they had vehicles available, but when I arrived just ten minutes later, they claimed they had none. They are dishonest and operate irresponsibly👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  This was the best enterprise truck rental I’ve ever been to. Everyone was very nice and attentive and helpful. Taylor helped us get an incoming truck and informed us when it arrived so we could pick it up when we needed just before closing. I will definitely be renting from here again and hopefully coordinating with Taylor, she was the best!
