We rented a vehicle for about 6 days and found out we didn't need it. We kept it for 1 day, and the manager said we could drop it off and the keys in the lockbox that night so we wouldn't get charged for the second day. So that's what we did, but when the charges came out, they charged us for a second day after the manager said they wouldn't. Shady promises

Taylor was absolutely amazing to work with. She was able to help in so many ways and went over and beyond the entire rental experience not just when I picked it up or when I dropped it off one of a kind I would do business again with Taylor.

Ease of online reservation, reminder the day before picking up my rental. Friendly and helpful staff. Top of the line equipment. Taylor is an exemplary employee, ready and willing to help with any needs, very personable! Definitely rent here again!!
