  We have rented several times from this location and have always had a smooth experience with no issues. The whole team always goes above and beyond and meets our needs. Will continue to do business with them.

  They say one thing over the phone, but when you show up in person, they tell you something else entirely. Personally, I wasted my time: I went to see them because they told me over the phone that they had vehicles available, but when I arrived just ten minutes later, they claimed they had none. They are dishonest and operate irresponsibly👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  They are charging me for damage that was present before I rented the vehicle, even though I have pictures of it from before I ever left the lot. This amounts to $5,000. I challenged the claim and they decided they are still considering me responsible. I would reconsider before ever renting here. I would give 0 stars if it were possible to do so.

  Every time my mother and I go into this place it is a massive headache to say the very least. I am in a wheelchair and do not have a drivers license. I do however have a credit card which my mother does not. Apparently they don’t like to give cars to people with the credit card but who won’t be driving. We’ve rented cars from them at least two dozen times and every time it’s an issue. Today was the icing on the cake because they had to call a higher up in Texas after arguing with us and said “well we can make an exception this one time but never again”. Then proceeded to get into a shouting match with us. We stormed out of there with no car. We now have no car after our car that we own was totaled in a T-bone accident. The manager of the location seemed more interested in his lunch than helping his employees and customers. Avoid this specific Enterprise at all costs if you can.

  The Enterprise in St George, off of St George Blvd, always treats me well and takes care of me. My wife and daughter laughed at me when I pulled up in this, but it was a perfect choice for a road trip.
