  If I could give less than a one star I would. My husband and I called customer service to reserve a car. We got to the enterprise a few minutes late and when we told them our name and reservation they had never heard of us. We confirmed the location and everything still they said they didn’t have any more cars available. We called customer service again and they told us the reservation had been cancelled. We got no email or phone call of the cancellation but we did have the original confirmation email stating the car had been reserved. We ended up trying to book at another enterprise across town through customer service but needed to uber across town. We called the second enterprise location and AGAIN they had no clue about our booking. After 2 HOURS of communication phone calls back and forth, we ultimately cancelled the whole thing. Very poor communication and professionalism. Definitely will not be returning customers here. We lost our deposit for our hotel reservation at the next town over for that night because we could no longer drive there with the rental. Nearly ruined our whole vacation. Plus, I spoke with another travel around the same time who had the same issue with this EXACT location. We ended up booking our rental through Budget the next day. They’re the real lifesavers. I will save you time by saying please AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. We made a reservation online, then called the next morning to confirm everything. Trevor told us they didn’t have a car because his team was “lazy” and didn’t turn off the online reservations. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to make things right, he acted like it was somehow our problem. We made a reservation in good faith because the system allowed it. When we asked how it was our fault that they left reservations open with no cars available, Trevor immediately got defensive and said, “I’m not saying it’s your fault,” but his entire attitude suggested exactly that. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to help find a solution. If your employees know the reservation system is wrong, fix it instead of blaming “lazy” corporate workers and leaving customers stranded. A reservation should actually mean something. Trevor’s attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and made an already frustrating situation even worse. I would not recommend this location to anyone. If you need a reliable rental, go somewhere that respects its customers and honors reservations.
