Fast service, nice vehicle variety available. We found someone's sock under the seat 🤭 when we cleaned it !! Knowledgeable staff and very helpful phone communication as well! Thanks

We booked a rental for an economy car so we could get good gas mileage. We choose a Toyota Corolla. When we arrived, they told us the only vehicle available was an SUV. They told us it would get good gas mileage. It averaged about 18-23 MPG. I called part way into our trip to see if we could trade it for a smaller vehicle and I was told there weren't any available state wide. They said the only type of vehicles available were "gas guzzlers." I was promised by Enterprise that they would refund part of the cost of the gas. We dropped the vehicle off and left the key in their night drop. I had a voicemail 2 days later that the vehicle was short 2 gallons of gas and we were being charged for it. This same situation happened to us once before.
