I then made a reservation at the airport Budget and was confirmed. When I arrived I was told I did not have a reservation. I pulled the reservation up on the budget app and they responded with you dont have a reservation. Then the truth came out, they had given my car to someone else and no more cars. DO NOT USE BUDGET. Luckly Enterprise had a car and I was not left strand

The guy at the front counter (his name is Michael Stewart) was rude, didn't want to speak with me, then told me that I had to buy their rental car insurance...otherwise I couldn't rent with them. I travel often (for work) and rent cars all over the U.S. and have never had to deal with someone this rude at a rental car facility. I hope that this review reaches his supervisor.

We just stopped into this one to add an additional driver who wasn't with me when i picked the van up, while in there, we inquired about renting a different vehicle than the one we picked up in downtown SLC. The manager was rude and I'm not sure if they are trained at all on customer service, but she in no way tried to help or provide service. There was no "what can I do to help?" attitude at all. Would give 0 stars for this location if I could. Good thing I've had better experiences at other ones or I'd probably never use Budget again. I can tell you I will definitely not use that location ever. Unless that franchise goes under new ownership and puts a "New Management" banner outside. If the manager is that bad with people, I can't imagine how her employees are....
