  I've been going here for years, but they turned me away after claiming my oil pan drain plug was stripped and needed to be fixed. So I ended up doing my own oil change, and there were absolutely no leaks or stripped threads—everything was torqued down just fine. Not sure if it was a misdiagnosis or if they just didn't want to do the service. ​Anyway, I was trying to get out of doing a 20-minute job myself, but ended up having to head out to the Hardy Garage to get the work done.

  Absolutely horrible! The girl manager that was amazing, they've now supposedly moved her to a store in SLC. The day of my oil change they said they were training 4 new employees all at once, and that day was the first day of work. I'm leery they did not do my oil change properly because they said my SUV was 2 quartz low on oil. Yet my SUV does not leak oil on the cement, and does not burn oil out the exhaust or engine. It's also a fairly new vehicle. Then when they completed the oil change the story changed and they then said I was 2 1/2 quartz low. This worried me to think do any of them even know what they're doing. They also don't go the extra mile anymore. Example: The kid just handed me my new sticker with due miles for the next oil change, and told me I could remove the old sticker and put on the new. I said to him, that when you peel off the old sticker it leaves a sticky residue needing cleaned off before putting on the new. Don't you guys do this anymore? You used to scrape it off with the razor blade and apply the new stickers for the customers. He said, "No we've never done it since I've been here, and I've been here since March." Needless to say, after this experience I will never be going back, and sadly this used to be our favorite place to go for the whole family. But instead, I'm now warning everyone of this experience and how the store has went down the drain!!

  The Roy location has always taken great care of me and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I’m treated with kindness and respect. Today, David, who came over from the Layton location and is only two months into the role, assisted me and did an amazing job. He is a fantastic new hire! Michael seemed to be leading the services I needed while also training several new team members. What stood out most was the patience, respect, and professionalism he showed while teaching them. It was great to see someone not only take care of the customer but also invest in his team at the same time. Truly great service all around!

  We have taken 3 different vehicles to them for emissions in the last couple of months. They are fast and efficient. So much better than Jiffy Lube, who always claims there's something wrong with your car to get more money out of you. These guys don't do that and they don't try to sell you on anything. Highly recommend

  Location I use is always respectful and professional. In and out quickly depending on what having done. Updated on any findings/potential issues. Love that get to stay in car (for emissions have get out for brief period).
