  Going to any service center can be nerve wracking for some individuals. The team at this Valvoline location are incredibly friendly and make that so much easier. They have made light conversation with me that has always made me feel welcome at this location. If they ever notice anything with my vehicle, they tell me in a respectful way that has never made me feel talked down to but helps me understand. Michael especially has always been very nice when I have received service at this location and I appreciate the energy and care he has for the people that drive in. While the wait varies at this location, my most recent visit I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for emissions testing.

  Had full service oil change. Michael asked me about my air filter and I said, it’s good, do not mess with air filter. He say OK. Shortly after, another tech is pulling off my air filter cover. I yelled at him to not remove air filter. Problem here is that I have had places like this check the air filter and damage the clips on the canister/housing. Then they deny doing the damage. Michael should have talked to the other tech to avoid my interaction. The other issue was air pressure check. All four tires had different air pressures when I checked them, with a very accurate pressure gauge, upon arriving home. 35 psi is recommended but back two tires were 31.5 and 32. The front were 38 and 33. I will not be returning.

  Pulled in for an oil change while on vacation because we have a local valvoline we go to regularly that is amazing. Things were moving slowly, then we heard a guy screaming profanities, come up from the pit and slam a door. The individual in charge of our oil change apologized and gave us a discount and mentioned they had a bunch of people quit recently. They definitely overfilled my truck a bit but nothing that should cause any harm, although I’m going to continue monitoring while we drive home. I don’t think I would recommend this particular valvoline at the moment.

  I was out of town when the light came on so my wife had to take it in. Got back and found no oil on the dip, took 2Q to get it to midway on the dipstick. Not sure if it was a new guy or if the digital dispensers need to be recalibrated just be sure to double check your level before you leave.

  It’s Great when you’re able to go to a Business where you consistently see the same employee and the employee shows great appreciation for his position and seems to be aware of what’s going on around him to be able to assist or suggest if things were checked. The employee is not a Mgr from my understanding but if I had a business He is one I would want working for me. I have 4 vehicles I take in for Oil Changes and vehicle inspections.
