- NNNicole NevelsOct 7, 20265.0The techs are always so professional. They do well at explaining the process each time. They are quick and run like a well oiled machine! No pun intended.
- HHHilaryOct 3, 20262.0Roy, UT location: long wait time with 1 car in front of me even though they had 6 or so employees running around looking busy. Forgot to check my tire pressures, couldn’t honor my coupon, and this is the first time they charged me extra for an extra quart of oil. I’ll go back to the Rock Springs WY Valvoline next time. I won’t be back to this location.
- MAMelanie AndersonSep 28, 20265.0I was fortunate to have four awesome men workers take care of my car. Employees were very polite, efficient and explained the proceedings of my car. Thank you to the employees at Valvoline in Roy!
- DBDustin BradshawSep 24, 20265.0Dustin was the tech walking me through the entire process that was being performed on my vehicle. He was very friendly and helpful with showing me and letting me know the status of my car, explaining to me the factory recommended mileage report on what should be done. He wasn't pushy and still upsaled me on some items that needed attention for my vehicle to continue working correctly. I highly recommend this Valvoline location, and I bring my other vehicle here for preventative maintenance/oil changes as well because they do a great job.
