- VPv “Vdude” pMay 13, 20261.0Dakota is the rudest employee I have interacted with a long time. We came in for a purchase today he asked for a phone number and because we did not say commercial in sixty seconds he threw his hands off the computer and said you have to deal with the commercial side with complete attitude and ran to the back. His employees snickered at him and the girl took over who was completely professional to save the transaction. He sulked to the back to hide in the shelf areas to disengaged. I asked for him to come back up front when I finished with the lady and told him there is no reason to be rude to your other team members just cause you are not responsible for that area. He responded “well you didn’t say commercial”. Keep in mind he only interacted with me for less than 60 seconds for him to completely go off the rails and be unprofessional. I said still there is no reason to be rude, in which he said whatever rudely and walked away, I told him he will be hearing from me and he does not deserve any more money from autozone for losing business like this. Okkkk if auto zone pays you, you are responsible for their business as a whole. As of now he will be losing a big amount of business for this. I will be going further up to make sure he apologizes to not only me but his team members for lack of respect, customer service, and work culture damage!! Dakota you are not the owner of autozone you are a worker.

My connecters were a bit messed up and so they both had to put in a lot of elbow grease, but they got it done! Also if the employees in question see this review I am so sorry for the trouble and I appreciate you!
