  Super rude attendant when I said I didn’t want a membership. Waited about five minutes for him to even come out initially. Then waited almost 10 minutes for him to even start the car wash. Will absolutely not be coming back. Crazy how unprofessional this place is.

  I come here regularly because I have a membership pass. I unknowingly came to get a car wash close to close, and the two boys working there had locked us inside the property after the wash (which is a 2 min thing). So my husband had to get out to unlock us so we could get out. There’s no way it wasn’t intentional :/ Other than that, I really like it

  Sheesh they make you feel like garbage if you don't purchase a car wash subscription plan. I had a super uncomfortable interaction with the car wash, first a lecture, then a sob story, then anger. Just let me get a freaking car wash without hounding me about a subscription! I am more than happy to find a different car wash. One star for a good (but not great) wash. One star for providing towels and cleaning products. Negative 3 stars for aggressively upselling me on a subscription I will never, ever, purchase.

  This place is a scam. We had a membership to this location before moving to a new city and not needing it anymore. We called to cancel, they dont answer and you cant leave a message. We went in a spoke to someone, they told us they canceled it, we keep getting charged. We call to complain about continuing to be charged and nothing. We go in again and they tell us they will cancel again. Nothing. Months go by and they continue to charge us. We dont even love there. Finally we get ahold of someone and they tell us they will cancel it but they cant refund us for the months and months of billing even though they lied to us. Even now, they continue to charge us. Its impossible to cancel. And its impossible to reach them.

  Loved the car wash and the hand wiping at the end gave it a more personal touch. Then detailing it at one of their bays, gave it the cherry on top!
