- DWDouglas WebbSep 3, 20261.0Bought the membership, quick convenient, seems like a good value. Set up the monthly billing and that is where the problem is: for two months now they have charged me for the membership, however when I go they can’t find my membership by card, plate or email. They tell me to call customer service. 40 minutes later they tell me the same thing. I tell them they’ve taken money from my account for 2 months. I send them proof of payment via email. They still claim I have no membership and that they haven’t taken my money. My photos seem to prove otherwise.
