    Lost my hitch cover ( which wasn’t properly fastened) in the car wash without realizing it. Braden actually recognized my car and the hitch cover (UofU) and held it for me. I had no idea where I’d lost it. He recognized my car when I came in for my next wash, flagged me down and made sure I got it back. AMAZING!!! Thanks Braden and thanks Quick Quack! - Kirk Lindsay

    This just happened 03/17/2026. I have been going to this location since it opened and It’s been amazing, but this is unacceptable. Who writes on someone’s paint with a permanent marker what type of car wash you get!? I’m hoping the owner sees this and educates his employees. If I can’t get this off I will be filing a claim.
