  This shop is exceptional!!! Brandon spent so much time helping me through my issue! The previous mechanic had screwed us over and caused damaged when they completed their fix and Brandon helped walk me through what was going on with my vehicle! Wow you guys are a lifesaver! Glad there are still good mechanics out there! We will be using this company going forward!!!

  I had a great experience with McNeil's Auto. I do a lot of my own vehicle repairs and usually feel pretty comfortable working on my cars, but I got myself a little into the weeds with an issue on my Sequoia and had it brought over to them. They did some really solid diagnostic work and helped me figure out what was going on. I especially appreciated Brandon. He took my calls, talked through everything with me, listened to what I had already done and tested, and never treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. He was willing to work with me and explain what they were finding along the way. Ultimately, they didn't even end up doing the repair, but they pointed me in the right direction and gave me the information and advice I needed to move forward. I really appreciate a shop that's willing to help someone solve a problem rather than just trying to sell them a repair. I'll definitely keep McNeil's Auto in mind the next time I get in over my head. Thanks again to Brandon and the team!

  McNeil’s Auto Care gave me fair pricing, transparent results for my vehicle, and efficient service. Sarah was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist me with a confusion regarding transportation. Happy to say I’ll be coming back!

  I had a great experience with McNeil’s! Sarah was awesome! My van had a scary issue come up and go away quickly. I was left worried it would return. I could never replicate it again but had to do something about it. This is the prime situation to be in to be taken advantage of by a dishonest mechanic. Although they couldn’t make it happen again either, I was impressed with how they approached the situation. They didn’t “throw parts” at it. They didn’t take advantage of my mystery anxiety as a chance to sell me something. They didn’t shew me off immediately when I said the issue isn’t happening currently. They didn’t make me feel bad for checking in during the process. They DID communicate clearly with me. They WERE super friendly. I DO recommend them!
