  Would not recommend. They are overpriced, over diagnose and are pushy. Also, look at how they respond to negative reviews. Not very professional or open to criticism.

  Brought in my vehicle for an oil change and brakes. They were honest about the work that needed to be done and did a free inspection. Very happy with the whole expiriance.

  No thanks—this place was nothing but games and runaround. I asked for a simple, no-commitment ballpark price for a specific job, and the shop manager flat-out refused to give one. Instead, he kept dodging the question and trying to steer everything toward paid diagnostic testing. I’m not against diagnostics—I would have been fine paying for that to finalize the quote. But refusing to provide even a basic price range for specified work upfront is ridiculous. This was like asking for the price of an oil change and being told they can’t quote it because the car might need something else. That’s kind of ridiculous and comes across as just a tactic to get you in the door and on the hook for more charges. I found a different shop that was way more pragmatic and happy to give me a price range right away with the understanding that pricing would be finalized after they looked at the vehicle

  I had a great experience at McNeil’s Auto Care in Riverton. Sarah, the service writer, was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy. She took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me all the information I needed to take care of my car without feeling overwhelmed. It’s not always easy to find a shop that’s both honest and thorough, but this place definitely is. I left feeling confident about the work being done and super happy with the service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto care!
