    Went in with a return. The first employee i talked to was helpful but he got busy with another customer while I was looking for the replacement part I needed. Then a rude short old Hispanic lady “helped” me by immediately telling me she doesn’t think my part has a warranty and that I probably can’t return my defective part. She wouldn’t give me a chance to find my receipt on my phone without repeating that she doesn’t think I can return my part. And then goes on how I didn’t have my reciept even though I was trying to pull it up. She was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional and hard to even communicate with. And even when I had my return receipt pulled up she didn’t know how to use the system and accused me of pulling up a different receipt. I finally got fed up after she did a no receipt return that was denied (even though I had my receipt on the app.) so I went to the store up the street and was in and out with my new part in Under 5 mins. No hassle no problems, just helpful friendly no attitude having staff. I’ll avoid this location for a while.

    I rented a tool. They told me I had to use my card instead of cash. They said that when I brought the tool back my the money goes right back in my account. It's now been 3 days and when I called they said it will take 2-3 dasy. Then it went to 5 to 10 days for them to get my money back. This is not okay. They said my bank is holding it up. I called my bank, I have before as well And they said it's instant. It would be okay if the employee was honest about how many days it takes. But they weren't and now I need my money and I can't have it. I don't think I will ever shop at AutoZone again.
