You definitely need to do a lot of cleaning by hand with the damp towels after going through the car wash. Also, the vacuums and compressed air are hit or miss. Some work great, some hardly work.

I went to this car wash since the one I usually go to tagg-n-go wasn’t open it was a Sunday. The employees were nice and it Probaby would have a been a good experience if there wasn’t anything to compare it to. The car wash I usually go to has two different kinds of vacuums to use this one only has one and it’s difficult to get some angles with this vacuum. Also the one I usually go to has the rags and a spray bottle to clean your car with, this car wash had “damp rags” they were barely damp and they reeked of mildew so now the inside of my car smells like mildew and not just fresh and clean like I want it to. They also do charge a bit more for the basic wash than the one I normally go to. In general not a bad place to go I just feel in comparison to Tagg-n-go I wouldn’t pick this place.

The attendant at the front said they were asking for reviews today so here it is! This is the front of my car after its “wash”. Mind you, the grill damage is from a different Quick Quack location, but they never did anything about it since my car is older than 5 years. I come here because it’s convenient, but the price keeps going up & it’s not really worth it. Will be switching as soon as I get a new car!

The towels they provide for free use smelled like mold! Putting damp towels in an enclosed plastic container in 90 degree heat isn't the best idea, they need to re-think that idea.
I came with my husband as he has a membership, I was just along for the ride. I use a different company (Wiggy wash) and they provide cleaning products and clean fresh towels. I would say Quick Quack did have better vacuums, at least at the PG location.
