  I messed up my windshield whiling fixing the rock chip. Just needed a dap of Aceton and scraping razor, and they let me borrow the store use ones. I cleaned my windshield in less than 5 min, and they didn't even charge me for the tools. The best customer service I have ever received in Utah!

  Had some car troubles and a lady had me do a report on my car with their little machine and was very dismissive towards me. Then after plugging it into their computer another employee that was helping me at this point was absolutely clueless. Like I don’t expect him to know everything but he printed out the report and pretty much told me “if you take it to a mechanic they can tell you what’s wrong and fix it”. 😭😭😭 Genuinely hilarious. He was unable to answer any questions of what could be wrong. Went to an autozone 5 minutes down the road and walked in with the report. The employee there was very kind and knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. Seems like this probably isn’t the best autozone around.

  Took advantage of free service in assessing ‘check engine’ light. Along with service employee printed out results of problem; showed me options of fixing it and was very courteous and helpful.
