  I used to be a fan. Tagg n Go is more customer friendly. Quick quack customer support rep hung up on me during a calm discussion about swapping vehicles. Their customer service rep, Haley, could not swap my old vehicle for a new one, and refused to connect me with a manager. Then actually hung up on me. For real. Don’t forget that your long time customers are what keeps you in business. Time to support the friendlier other local choices like Tagg n Go, Wiggy Wash, Shiny Shell.

  Update- I was finally contacted by a local rep and was made whole. I hope this is a one off experience. WARNING!! I had an awful experience at the Quick Quack Car Wash in Payson, Utah. On April 23, after going through the wash, the passenger side of my car was covered in pink, greasy residue. I reported it to the attendant, was told to run it through again, and the substance remained. After notifying them again, they told me to call Customer Service. Eventually, I did reach Customer Service, and they had me return to the car wash, where a form was filled out, and they said someone would be in contact. It has been over a week and to this day, no one has followed up. My car remains damaged, and their lack of action is beyond frustrating. I expected better accountability—instead, I’m still waiting. I urge others to think twice before trusting this location with their vehicle.
