- MLMatthew LibbyMay 10, 20265.0The customer service at the Payson store has been great! The spider gears in my rear diff went out and they were able to get them to me next day, no charge. The price was reasonable, even compared to rockauto.com which is usually hard to beat. The next day after doing the job, around closing time on a Sunday, the manager even let me return the used gear oil, even when it would likely be past closing time. I have used them several times in the past couple years since moving here and have not had any bad experiences!

I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed help finding something. This might seem mundane but I feel like this happens less often recently so I appreciated it. The staff member walked me right to the item I was looking for and it was listed at a lower price.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
