  I had an excellent experience at the Enterprise location in Park City! Grant and Kim were professional and very helpful with our car rental. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely rent from this location again!

  I had a great experience renting a car with Enterprise! From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. A special thank you to **Cam and Blake** for going above and beyond to make the entire rental process smooth, easy, and stress-free. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience. It’s always refreshing to receive this level of customer service. **Cam and Blake are wonderful representatives of Enterprise**, and their positive attitudes and willingness to help truly stood out. Thank you both for the outstanding service! I will definitely choose Enterprise again for future rentals and highly recommend them!

  Check out the car before renting it for obvious problems, like a prominent warning message covering 20% of the display that can't be cleared, or grabby brakes that make driving a chore. Offer to provide the driver with an orientation of controls and functions. Don't advertise a vehicle as available when it's not. Take a visual reading of fuel level on departure and return instead of using unreliable blue tooth and leaving it up to the customer to prove they returned it with more fuel in the tank than when they left the lot.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, my experience at the Park City Enterprise branch was overshadowed by the branch manager's behavior. We rented through our employer's fleet program, and every other employee we interacted with was courteous and professional. I genuinely felt bad for the staff, because they seemed to be doing their best. The branch manager, however, came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and more interested in asserting authority than resolving concerns. I left the interaction feeling frustrated and unheard. Whether others describe that behavior differently, my experience was that it involved deflection, gaslighting, and a lack of professionalism. I'm sure Enterprise may respond with their version of events, and that's their right. My review reflects my personal experience, and it stands. I have no reason to exaggerate what happened, and I hope this feedback encourages better leadership and customer service at this location. Based on this experience, I would not choose this branch again if other options are available. Do better.

  Will never use enterprise again. Waste of time, energy and money. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else for a car.
