  I schedule a pick up for 9 am and they call me at 8 am and tell me sorry it won’t be ready till 4:30 then they still don’t have a car at 4:30! so I tried to reschedule for the next day and am told they are completely sold out! Very poor service for rental car place!!!!!!

  I have been a enterprise fan for years. Enterprise has always been my first “go to” in any market when looking for a rental car, but this office seems to be thinly staffed, with low inventory, and their service can be lacking. I am not surprised, because they don’t have any competition in this market, but while I have another rental booked with enterprise in two weeks (in Canada), after that Enterprise will not be my first choice.

  Fantastic service from this team and Enterprise Park City! I appreciated that they had called me that morning to confirm the rental. I made some adjustments and they were very easy-going and flexible. The pick up and drop off service was fantastic from Blake and the other young man who took care of me for my drop off.

  Coordinated a last minute car rental with insurance company. Let us know at 4:30 and if we could get there by 5 we wouldn't have to make a second trip. Whole pick-up took about 15 min. Super easy!

  Convenient and quick rental process. Drop off and pick up at Body Shop. No long lines to wait in.
