- JBJohn BurAug 4, 20261.0Left a Review and made a claim recently talking about how valvoline In Orem after an oil change left my air filter box open, damaged my windshield wiper fluid reservoir, left an oil rag in my engine bay and also didn’t attach my skid plate back onto my truck and I received a phone call from the “Area claims Manager” or whatever named Heather who was incredibly condescending, accusatory and absolutely rude. Not quite sure if she had a bad phone call prior to mine with someone but she definitely should not be in a position for any sort of customer service, I asked for her last name and she refused to give it to me and seeing that she wasn’t going to help solve my problem or be helpful I asked for her Supervisor to which she replied “I’m not going to give you that sorry” in a sarcastic way. I am absolutely appalled at how this Branch is ran. I would like to speak with the manager of the shop in order to try and make things right not someone who sits in a chair all day with a bad attitude berating customers who have already had an unpleasant experience. People make mistakes as well as I do and I would like someone to make it right because I enjoy the Convenience of Valvoline and all prior experiences have been great, I’ve even recommended my family and friends to this location. So if anyone out there besides party pooper Heather wants to give me a call I would absolutely love to hear what my options are to get this problem fixed. Thanks.
