  Bigger guy guiding cars into the car wash has a major attitude problem. Seemed to get upset with me for not understanding his hand signals that didn’t make sense. He was waving one hand left and right vaguely. Shot me a dirty look and was upset I rolled my window down to communicate with him what he wanted me to do. Never thought I would have to tell people to stay away from a car wash but this guy earned it.

  I’ve had a monthly subscription for a few years. Today I went and at least 8 vacuum stalls had no tubes. I had to try 3 different hoses to get one that actually had suction. In addition the cabinets that normally has cleaning supplies was bare. I’m not sure what is going on, but I’m going to be canceling my monthly subscription.

  Took my vehicle through this carwash and it snapped off my passenger side mirror. Looking through many of these reviews, it looks like it is a common occurrence. I had my mirrors folded in and the brush pulled it back and snapped it off. I filed an incident report with the manager at the time and when they got back to me, they claimed that I had pre-existing damage prior to entering the car wash. Complete lie.

  El mejor car wash en Orem,tienen un túnel largo donde u carro sale limpio solo tienes que sacarlo y pasar la aspiradora,también tiene presión de aire solo para limpiar tu motor,y lo mejor es que la membresía mensual es muy barato,100% recomendado.
