  I will use them again if needed. We needed a new windshield. The estimating process and the estimate seemed fair since they would come to us. The scheduling process was just as easy, and they showed up on time. Just recently had the windshield installed and no problems so far. We did have a thunderstorm; no leaks. Met my expectations. The person was professional and seemed to be knowledgeable (since I am not; that is my impression). Took about an hour.

  Safelite mobile unit came to my house, on time with great communication and updates. Front windshield was expertly replaced and car and surrounding area was spotless! Jacob was very professional and well-mannered.

  Had an amazing experience with the scheduler on the phone and Cody at the Orem location. We've had our Mercedes GLS in with a complicated replacement and programming that other shops wouldn't dare touch but were easily taken care of. That is why we came back when my brand new Sierra had a rock chip that had spread and required a full windshield replacement. Despite a tricky warranty confirmation Cody was able to set us up with a plan that worked for us and got me back on the road. The turnaround for special glass replacements and knowledge of what different models with different accessories was amazing.

  I made an appointment for chip repair on my windshield and it's the same or worse, and the only response I got was, "We can do our best, but it won't be like new." They only tried to do it for 10 minutes. I definitely don't recommend them.

  After making the appointment then getting a call, confirming an appointment going in the next day for For the appointment and paying get a call an hour later to come pick up our car Because they couldn’t replace the windshield the glass they had was defective. Would have appreciated if they had checked that before making an appointment. reschedule an appointment for the next day. The following day we take our car in They try to get us To pay AGAIN! Then we Go to pick it up a little later for the new windshield And find our battery completely dead, gas meter misreading to empty and in car media center turning off meaning battery was completely dead not just low. this was the second incident we have had as we took our car in last year to have the window washer fluid not connected. small incident but after this time with a completely dead battery. having to jump my own car with luckily a jumper battery i had in the car and not a single person noticing.
