I came to Quick Quack today and had an awesome experience! Andrew greeted me while I was vacuuming my car and was super friendly and welcoming. He even took the time to wash my floor mats for me, which I really appreciated. It’s the little things like that that make a difference. Great customer service

Horrible experience here with the employees. Some lady in a big lifted truck had little person syndrome and started screaming at me as soon as I pulled into the property and trying to block the entrance with her truck. Come to find out shes an employee there and shes acting like a child. I would recommend saving your money and going elsewhere.

Quick quack as a company is a scam! There is no way to cancel your membership. every time I try and create an account (the only way to manage your membership) the app “crashes” and won’t let me. Which would be fine if this hadn’t been happening for MONTHS! Every single time! The employees at this location are fine, it’s the company that’s shady. No way to cancel in person either! Very frustrating!!!!!!!

We recently had a really disappointing experience. While going through the car wash, the system unexpectedly stopped twice, which was strange because we’ve been frequent customers for years and have never had that happen before. After the second stop, our vehicle was sent backward and hit the car behind us.
What has been most upsetting is how everything was handled afterward. We were told the incident was our fault because my husband supposedly caused the vehicle to move backward when he reached for the steering wheel. From our perspective, that’s simply not what happened.
As longtime customers, we honestly thought the situation would be looked into fairly, especially since the car wash was using a brand-new system that had only been in place for a few days. Since this new system stops the entire car wash much more frequently, it seems like there was plenty of room for something to go wrong. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the outcome. Instead of considering that the equipment may have malfunctioned, they declined to take any responsibility or cover the damage.
We’ve supported this business for years and expected better and we really wish Quick Quack had handled this differently. Instead, we’re left with a damaged vehicle and no help resolving the issue, which is really disheartening.
