- CCCallie Christensen6 days ago1.0I do NOT recommend a membership with Quick Quack. I got a membership for around $9 a month and the car washes were great, but I guess there was an email sent out after I signed up that said I have to cancel 10 days in advance or I will still be charged. I did not see this so my account got charged because I cancelled less than 10 days in advance. It feels like they are just trying to scam money out of people who sign up for a deal.
- CBChito BastidasSep 12, 20262.0We just signed up for a membership a few days ago. This was only our second visit and while we were going through the wash we were ushered in really close to the car in front of us. Near the end of the wash we felt the car wash stop and then our car jolted forward and we hit the car in front of us. After getting out of the wash we both inspected our cars and there was no visible damage. We went and talked to the manager and was told sorry and that they would try and avoid making the same mistake. After reviewing the reviews to see if we were the only ones this has happened to it appears that there have been multiple incidents similar to ours that have gone unresolved or put the blame on the customer. We will be cancelling our membership at the end of the month and not renewing.
