- BRBriawna Radmall5 days ago1.0Pulled up mid afternoon and it was empty. One membership car pulled through and was done and vacuumed her car out before I was even approached..a good 15 mins went by. The employee tried to upsell me afterwards and at that point I was annoyed and left and did not get a car wash. Poor customer service will not be going back!
- ZMZach Maloy6 days ago5.0I was having trouble figuring out the whole system and how it works and a worker named Audrey helped me a ton! She was guiding me through it step by step and being so patient with me. She answered all my questions! I would definitely come here again!!!!
- TMTane Montero6 days ago5.0Went to wash my car today and the employee Audrey was very kind and helpful in signing me up for a membership. Great car wash and even better customer service!
- CMConnor MillerSep 26, 20261.0Really disappointing experience. From the beginning, I made it very clear that I was only there for a single car wash and was not interested in signing up for a subscription. Despite that, the employees were relentless about trying to get me to subscribe. I said no multiple times, but they continued pushing and pushing to the point that it became genuinely uncomfortable. I understand that employees are expected to offer memberships, but there’s a difference between offering something and refusing to take no for an answer. A customer shouldn’t have to repeatedly defend their decision just to purchase a single car wash. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily high-pressure and made what should have been a simple car wash an unpleasant experience. I definitely won’t be returning.
- IIIzabelleSep 16, 20261.0Went in and there were no towels. NO TOWELS. I went to EVERY SINGLE TOWEL BIN. Multiple occasions there’s not a single clean towel to dry the car. Lazy employees, or maybe just not enough employees? The brushes also never get the top of my car clean. Location started out decent but went downhill insanely fast
