- JSJioji Suguturaga3 days ago1.0My wife took her car in to get it checked out, he found what was going on and OVER CHARGED and UNDER SERVICED her car. Didnt clean the area they worked on and left a bolt loose. The next day I took it to a different mechanic and he re-did it for a cheaper price and cleaned out the engine bay. Karma comes full circle, she dont miss. Optimize is a Circus Act and they dont give a rats.

They got us in quickly, replaced the brakes, and made sure our family was safe to get back on the road. Great service and people we could trust. Highly recommend!

They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, what actually needed to be addressed, and what could wait. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or like they were trying to run up the bill. The pricing was fair, the communication was excellent, and the work was completed quickly. Blaine and the team clearly take pride in what they do, and that level of customer service really stands out. Finding a mechanic you can actually trust is huge, and Optimize Auto has earned my business going forward. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced auto repair shop in Orem or anywhere in Utah County, I would absolutely recommend Optimize Auto.
