  Scheduled over the phone with an agent who put my pick up time in the system for the wrong date. Was given no apologies or compassion but was accommodated with a car later that day. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. After 3 days was given another car after returning the strong smelling one but that car drove roughly and had acceleration and braking issues. Friends didn’t want to ride with me in the car due to the rough ride. When I returned the vehicle the enterprise employee asked about my experience. I expressed that I was grateful for something to drive but briefly mentioned that there had been small issues during my rental time. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and ensuring this process was improved for other customers in the future I was told “Well, I’m glad we could figure all of that out for you.” I leave this here not with malicious intent but in hopes that processes are changed in the future to ensure better experiences for future customers.

  Had an appointment in the system. They came and picked me up and took me to a different location, it took them 1.5 hrs to get me into a car that should have been all set up and taken care of. The guy at the counter decided to give me an attitude when I had the audacity to ask how much longer it would be to get a car after waiting for an hour and a half!!

  The most kind and quick experience I've ever had. On the return everything was great I'm so happy ! Thank you!!! Most definitely choosing them again.
