  Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Oh and did I mention horrible customer service?! Didn’t have our “reservation” when we went to pick up our confirmed “reservation” that we confirmed the night before with a customer service representative who helped us confirm the “RESERVATION”. (Apparently reservation doesn’t mean something is actually reserved. Hence, the quotation marks) Anyhoo, I know it’s not Dillon’s fault. BUT what was his fault was his horrible attitude. “You can call another place to see,” was his reply when we asked if he could help us get one from another location. Soooooo… TLDR: No reservation available and horrible, unhelpful customer service. Rant over.

  We again used the best location for Enterprise car rentals. They have the best staff, Dylan, Griag, Georgia just to name a few. Efficient fast service with great well maintained vehicles. We have used Hertz, Budget, Avis, Dollar, Fox rentals. None of those come close to Enterprise especially this location.

  I seriously have nothing bad to say at all! The people that I worked with were excellent.! I had a few things come up and I was surprised that they weren't just itching to charge me late fees and all these other things that some of these other places do! I have had the car The car before this one for four or five months now if I had any issue, I just they took care of it for me. Needless to say, I rented another car from them!Can't say enough actually! Some of these other places are cheaper but there Customer Service is second to none! At least at the location i went to! Thanks Natalie! And Trevor!
