  I needed a car at the last minute, so I ran to Budget in south Orem when I got there the guy was super rude and told me I couldn't get a car without a reservation. I had to got to a different location not convenient for me. I choose to go with another company. When I was in need of a car again I made the mistake of give them a second chance I made a reservation with Budget again. This time I had the reservation for 8 am I was a bout 10 minutes late and when I arrived there was a sign on the door that they were out get a car washed and they would be back soon. I was in a hurry but made the mistake of waiting when the man returned it was around 9 am I told him I was there to pick up my reservation. I may have been a little upset but no more than anyone would be for waiting nearly an hour would be. Right out of the gate he was very rude and told me he couldn't rent me a car because the internet was down and that someone had been trying to call all morning I had no missed calls and asked him what number he had been trying to call and he refused to give it to me. He then started to tell me that they have never had the type of car I made a reservation for and proceeded to argue with about my reservation (funny thing is he pulled up in the car type of car that I had made a reservation for) he then told my I had to go to another location about 20 minutes north of this location I tried to explain that I had to be 20 minutes south of their at 9:30 he continued to argue that it was not that far and I could go to the one at the Provo airport about 10 minutes away so I agreed I walked out to my car and then thought I should go ask if I rented the car at the Provo location would I have to return it at the Provo location so I went right back in and he was on the phone may I add it was a personal call I simply tried to ask him now very upset at the thought of my asking a question while is on the phone he hung up and very angrily told me that for a small fee I could return it this location and then informed me that the Provo location didn't open until 10 am. That did work for me so fortunately Enterprise is right across the street and I was able to get a car there at a lower cost both times and made my appointment on time. Needless to say Budget will no longer be on my list. All 3 times I have needed a car this week Enterprise got my business and will continue to be my go to. Whom ever is this man's boss I would reconsider continuing to employ him.

  Where to start. This company is the absolute worst. I rented a moving truck and had it for two days. I drove 55 miles to my new apartment and they charged me for 700 miles! I can’t get a hold of anyone on phone or email. I end up having to go to the store and talk to them directly. They throw their hands up and say there’s nothing they can do. The employee actually told me that sometimes they take the trucks themselves without scanning them out. True story. I’ve gone back 4 times and each time they act like they don’t remember me. I left my name and phone number to call me back once they checked is the odometer wasn’t broken and nothing. They have zero care towards anyone and have zero care to resolve any issues. I was charged a total of $930 for a $179 rental. Never again will I come here and if you read this please save yourself the trouble and avoid it as well.

  I just dropped out my rental here but they were very fast and efficient. Great customer service on that end I was in and out in under 10 minutes

  What a JOKE! We booked a small truck (Nissan Frontier) for a day trip for my birthday, when we got there they didn't have the Nissan or even a small truck. They then wanted ME to pay for the upgrade to a large truck, or they wanted to downgrade me to a smaller SUV. I didn't like either option. Then when it came to insurance they wanted me to: pay $30 (The same amount as the car rental itself), have car insurance, or have a $1,500 deposit. I laughed about the deposit fee since Enterprise's deposit is only $150. The woman behind the counter thought it was okay to say "But that's impossible." about the $1500 deposit. She apparently assumed I don't have the $1500 because I refused to pay the upgrade price on the truck. I very well am worth more than $1500, but I don't want to be ripped off because of THEIR mistake of not having my vehicle ready. She apparently thought I was white trash or something. These people should be put out of business for their horrible attitude and unwillingness to fix the problem and the fact that they insult me over their mistakes. I guess that means they just don't deserve my money, I'll be sure to book through Enterprise considering I've never had a problem with them. Only reason I tried Budget is because my employer offered a discount. Don't even waste your time on this crack job. Oh yeah and thanks for ruining my birthday, hope that makes you feel great.
