  I’ve always hated going through car washes until today. Ledger Short changed this for me. He’s the nicest kid I’ve ever met, I wish I could buy another membership from him. This kid would get a raise if it were up to me.

  I've never had such a horrible interaction at a car wash, let alone a quick quack. I went to this Quick Quack for the "3-minute" free car wash advertised all over I-89 and the surrounding area. As we drove into the line, we were introduced to Amanda, who started telling us about the deals going on and how Today was the last day. During their speech, we interrupted and made it clear that we were only interested in the free car wash. Instead of accepting that answer, she kept telling us how amazing the deals are. Once again, we told her we just wanted to do a quick free car wash, but she still wouldn't accept it. She started saying how cheap it is and how it's cheaper than a meal at Wendy's, and if we don't do this deal, we are basically losing money. Finally, we said no for a third time, and instead of letting us proceed in the car wash, she asked, "Why?" which further worsened this already bad experience. When we try to explain to someone multiple times why we hear, and they don't listen and keep asking why, it shows they don't value the customer and are set on getting as many memberships as possible instead of listening to the customer and respecting their decision. This whole interaction lasted around 5 minutes, which was longer than the carwash itself. We would have been far more likely to sign up or be more interested in the membership services if we weren't having the sales pitch shoved down our throat and couldn't get a word in edgewise. Our frustration stems from the lack of respect for our time and discretion, and from the way this employee handled everything. We tried to explain why we were there, but they ignored us, and this has affected whether we will go to another Quick Quack. Understandably, it's a business, and their job is to get people to sign up for the memberships, but it was not a conversation or respectful in any way. When Amanda finally accepted that we said no (after 3 times), she basically shoved the iPad into the car, said "email," took it back, and didn't say another word. So again, very rude after realizing they weren't getting what they wanted. It's really disappointing because this is a new car wash in our area and would be our go-to, but after this experience, I would not go back if I knew I had to speak with this particular worker again

  Customer service was good, got a deal on their monthly membership, Anthony was attentive and polite! Only issue is that the car wash didn't get my roof all the way, which is understandable because I have roof racks. It also missed quite a bit of hard water on my windshield. Overall, not bothered. Mostly came out really clean.

  Give this location on Harrison a pass for a month or 2 so the employees can calm down and not be aggressive on sales and reviews. Have an existing car here and wanted me to add another for a discount for 1 month. Sales guy would not take no for an answer and things got heated on both sides. Just let me pass and get my free wash I've paid for it in frustration. Thanks be wary of reviews many are for free air fresheners so essentially "paid" reviews that they watch you write. I passed on that so this is my honest review for this location. Usually I never have an issue and staff is friendly and will just let me a get a wash once in a while for my 2nd car if I don't want to add it on just pay the single wash cost and move on. Don't give me a hard time about it and make it awkward.
