  Less then thrilled, was told to come here for service to fix my rental truck. The operator on the phone told me that they would help me, and new i was coming and had time to check me out. Well what a different story when I pulled in, they had another customer in front of me and then said oh well they wouldn't have enough time in 2 hrs that they were still open. So I left, my trucks cruise control still doesn't work, warning lights are still on my dash and its out of alignment.

  Door says open 8 to 4, showed up at 325pm door was locked. watched the office lady right after that drive right past me in a Subaru out of the parking lot best part is she looked right at me as she left.

  We have never had problems with Penske! We have had many problems with other companies, so will only be renting from Penske from now on!

  DONT RENT FROM PENSKE IN OGDEN!!! Needed a truck for 2 hours, and drove a grand total of 19 Miles. They quoted me on the phone $60 for the day. When I got the bill it was $378.00. Picked up the truck at 8am dropped it back off at 10am. Update…management asked me to reach out to make it right and gave me a number. I called the number and it took me to the national service line. They then transferred me back to the local store where I was transferred again and placed on hold. You know how to get ahold of me if you really want to make it right. I’m not spending any more time on this.

  I'm not sure why Gibbs or anyone else at this location have received negative reviews- Our business uses this location to rent trucks at least once per week and we've never had a problem. In fact, Gibbs and the rest of the team have accommodated us during last minute emergencies on multiple occasions. The customer service is excellent and we've never experienced a problem. Safe travels to everyone!
