  Absolute incredible service. They always explain to me why certain things need to be fixed and how my car runs! Zach especially made sure everything my car needed was taken care of. Can’t recommend this location enough!

  Just found my favorite Jiffy Lube in town that I will be coming back to from now on. The whole crew gave amazing service from the second I pulled up and it was obvious how much they really care about their work and the people they serve. Diego went above and beyond walking me through the questions I had, not just about the services I was there for but for preventative things and small jobs I'm planning to do myself. I left with more confidence and knowledge about car maintenance. He even taped up my recently broken mirror at no charge to keep me safe while I'm waiting for a replacement. Zach was friendly and efficient, he made sure he found the best deal with the coupons that were available to me, and wasn't pushy about adding on any unnecessary upsells. That's the kind of service that builds trust and repeat customers because you know they're going to treat you right.

  This place is pretty great. The only issue I had was that one of the employees wasn’t aware that when you buy a temp tag, you pay Utah state taxes and registration fees. The employee didn’t give me stickers for the car because he thought I’d have to go pay again. It’s not a big deal, but, it would have saved me a headache and about another week of driving on a temp tag. As far as how they do business, they are great and you should definitely go there at least for basic emissions and oil changes

  I went to this jiffy lube to get an oil change and my car registered. I told the person that I wanted 10,000 miles for the next oil change cause that what I was doing(I had it started at jiffy lube in draper). He said 5,000 miles would be better, and told me the price, and told me I had to emmisons(I have a 2021 and did my emmisons last year). I had to talk to two other employees to get the emmisons to not happen, and I had one agree to do 10,000 miles. Once finished I was told they did 5,000 miles instead of the 10, that I had clearly stated I had wanted. He acted like I didn't know anything about my own car and was condescending while trying to "explain" things to me. Then at the end of the entire transaction, when I asked about my coupon, he said he had forgotten at it was too late to add it now.

  I went to this Jiffy Lube location in Ogden Utah today 4-30-26 with my sister to get the oil changed in her car. When we arrived, we were greeted and asked about the service we wanted. After, the employee a younger kid with curly blonde hair began insisting that my sister needed an emissions test even though it clearly started emissions not needed on her card that was sent for renewal and we had to escalate that to someone else who confirmed it was not needed. He talked down my sister and acted like she didn't know anything about her own car and what it needed. Then at the end even though we had a coupon he wouldn't add it. Overall not happy with todays interaction and feel like that employee needs to be retrained. Will not be coming her with my own car, and will NOT recommend this place to anyone for anything.
