  These guys were great! I'm always nervous taking my vehicle to a new shop for a big job and they were easy to work with, provided a quote very quickly, the job was completed within the time they estimated and the out the door price had no surprises. Their price was almost the same as other shops. Will be seeing you again!

  Car parts broke, took it back in. They paid for the tow truck to take the car to their shop (very clean by the way!) they fixed it in a timely manner. They did fixed it, no charge. Strongly recommend.

  I brought my vehicle in for a front brake pad replacement. When I picked it up, the brake pedal went to the floor because there was air in the brake system so I had to leave it and wasted a trip down. I was told twice that different parts needed replacing, but neither fixed the problem. Eventually, the vehicle had to be towed to Ford for a proper diagnosis and then sent to another S-Point location TWICE because this shop had no master technician. My vehicle was unavailable for over three weeks, and I don't feel the shop was fully honest about what went wrong. Despite improved communication later in the process, I won't be returning or recommending this Gill's Point S.
