  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to recognize Mike at Flying J #744 in Ogden, Utah, for providing truly outstanding customer service. When I arrived, there was a major issue with the shower system. The corporate system was having problems, and it wasn’t possible to reserve a shower through the app, outside kiosks, inside kiosks, or even the self-checkout. It was a frustrating situation that could have easily turned into a very stressful experience. I had been up since early this morning making deliveries, and I was absolutely filthy after work. A hot shower isn’t just a convenience after a long day on the road—it’s therapeutic and one of the few chances drivers get to relax and reset. The last thing I wanted was to spend my time dealing with technical issues. Mike immediately took ownership of the situation. Instead of telling me there was nothing he could do, he personally went to find the maintenance technician, worked through the problem, and made sure I was able to get into a shower without unnecessary delays. He turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that was simple, smooth, and completely stress-free. That level of initiative and genuine care for a customer is becoming harder to find these days. Mike went well above and beyond what was expected, and his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help are exactly why I continue choosing Pilot Flying J when I’m on the road. Thank you, Mike, for treating your customers with respect and for making a difficult situation easy. Employees like you deserve to be recognized because you truly make a difference.

  Shower room was covered in hair and I MEAN COVERED! All they do was spread it to everything! Employees don’t care at all. Don’t come here to get a hot fresh shower….. 🤮

  The RV dump station is not free. It's a $10 fee. The gas pump card reader didn't work so we had to prepay. The dump station was hard to find even for the employee. However, the employees who helped us were very nice.

  06/14/26 Been all over the US! Flying J, NEVER has fresh food , NEVER can you just pump gas without seeing a cashier! NEVER can you use your points because there is always something wrong with their system! Bathrooms are NEVER clean! This is a normal day for the Flying J!!!!! I try my best NOT to stop whenever possible! Im so glad to see all these new trucks stops being built!!! Hopefully we can say goodbye to all the Flying Js and Loves they are useless!
