  Our decision to rent a car was kind of last minute, and Enterprise was the only rental agency in our area open Sunday to accommodate us. They had the perfect vehicle for our needs and were good to work with. We will definitely come back to Enterprise for future car rental needs.

  Will never use Enterprise in California again!!! Had a vehicle reserved, an hour before pick up, they called me and said they didn’t have the vehicle!! And they didn’t bother to help me find another one!!! Great customer service!!!!

  When they gave me a car that was covered in bugs and the inside was sticky and gross in the cupholder and around the inside. and had a chip in the windshield, I asked them how that holds up to the promise of their pledge of complete clean promise. The manager walked away and then came back and decided it wasn’t important to have a clean car to rent out, locked the doors, and told me to figure out a way to get back and refused to rent to me. After I’ve already spent an hour at their location. She couldn’t have said hey if we need to wipe it down again, we won’t rent to you. She could Said anything. And instead was a total jerk.. Totally floored at the service or lack of. I think her name was Madison. I’m still just shocked at her response! I have a trip early morning and now no way to go. They pledge clean but not if you actually ask for it to be clean.

  First part of our experience was terrible. If we could have gone somewhere else we would have. The last part of our experience was satisfactory. I would not pick Enterprise again unless I had too. Customer is super important to me.

  🌟 A HUGE SHOUT-OUT TO BEN! 🌟 Ben went above and beyond for me—not only did he help me out this time, but he also helped me the first time I rented a car, which is one of the reasons I came back. From the moment I met him, he has been incredibly friendly, respectful, and helpful. He has such a great personality and a contagious laugh that makes every interaction a pleasure! Ben, I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me. You made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable, and I’m already looking forward to renting a car from you again. Enterprise is truly lucky to have someone like you on their team. I sure hope they treat you as well as you deserve because you are absolutely one of a kind! If I could give you more than five stars, I would—because you deserve so many more. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for being so wonderful and for always going the extra mile. I appreciate you more than you’ll ever know. Keep being you, Ben—you’re the best in my eyes!
