- ARAaron RoseJul 3, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars I would. My car was totaled in an accident which I was not at fault. The insurance paid for a rental through Enterprise. When I picked up the vehicle the agent was very pushy on the optional protections and at no point did they make it clear to me that the insurance would not pay for any additional protections. After declining the options 4 times I finally gave in because it was my understanding that the insurance would pay for it which they never corrected. Once I discovered the insurance wouldn't pay for the additional protections I went in and had them taken off but again it was not made clear to me that I was still going to be charged $300 for the 5 days I had the additional protections. I was scammed out of $300 by Enterprise during a time when I was desperate for a vehicle. There was no clear communication on what I would pay for vs the insurance I will never rent from Enterprise again and I will never recommend Enterprise to anyone.
