  I rented from this location on two occasions because the first rental didn’t feel right. Both required me to do an overnight drop-off. For my first rental, the woman working the counter lied and told me there was no overnight drop box and I would have to return the vehicle the next morning around 9am. When I returned the vehicle the next morning, she did a full 360 of the vehicle and checked to make sure the vehicle was filled with gas. I was given the vehicle with a quarter tank of gas at 10,475 mi. At 10,478 mi., I realized the vehicle was not filled with gas, so I took a photo of the mileage and fuel range/fuel level. I’ve attached photos as evidence before and after fueling. For the second rental, she showed me the overnight box to return the keys. I have rented over 50 vehicles in my life with no issues. I’ve never had an accident or ticket on either Texas or Utah licenses I’ve owned and I’ve been driving consistently for 13 years. I am a black man.

  This location called me 2 hours before my reservation was supposed to start to tell me they didn’t have my or ANY vehicle available to rent. Then this location would not answer the phone the half dozen or so times I called them after. Budget customer service told me after an hour of escalation that the best they could do was offer me a rental from SLC at a higher cost. Completely ruined a vacation and no accountability from these jokers.

  Over the phone the guy said $100 deposit. So we get there they want 300 for deposit.. false advertising..

  Wow! This was an awful experience! The staff was nice however the size of vehicle we had they didn’t have. Not to mention if you pay online they have to charge an additional 150 to your card until they get the car back but none of this is disclosed until you get their to pick it up. Then they tell you you have to call customer service and don’t disclose because they messed up you have to pay a $50.00 cancellation fee. Never again will we attempt to rent from here.
