  It's been the worst experience, I got a rental online payed for it and went to pick up the car and gave them my Driving Privilege = to Drivers license here in Utah and she said oh no we don't take this here I'll cancel your reservation and I told her that it was already payed so who's going to return my money and she's like oh call this number they should be able to return your money and you could always go across the street (enterprise) she meant, Which I thought it was so rude The way she said it. It's been 14 days till today I have called more than 5 times to ask about my refund and they said they don't know whats going on that I should've the money in my account which I have not received and they said they can't do anything about it then who's going to give me my $496 back because I did not cancel it was them who canceled .... DONT EVER RENT A CAR HERE TO START THE LADIES THERE HAVE A ATTITUDE PROBLEMS AND THE YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE IN THIS LOCATION CAN'T HELP YOU WITH REFUND OR ANYTHING ELSE AND YOU CALL AND THEY TELL YOU THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING EITHER WELL GUESS WHAT THEY DO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR ANYTHING ELSE oh yes by the way this is my first review to ever post because this is the first time someone has stolen from me because that's what it is you guys are doing.

  Did not get what I reserved online. Reserved an economy, was given a Toyota 4 runner. The Toyota was filthy inside and out. It looks like the people who rented this before us took it camping. Pine needles all over the seats, the front end was covered in bugs! No attempt to wash or clean the vehicle at all. Staff was very short and un friendly. No walk around, no explanation of the contract I was initiating and signing. Very bad customer service. Cheap yes, but I'll pay extra for enterprise!
