  Terrible. I came to get my codes checked and the lady at the counter complained that it was too hot to do that. She then made me get down to look for the plug to turn in the code checker, and after the fact told me there was nothing we could do and was very unhelpful when I asked for more information. Not the average experience I have at autozone and I’m extremely disappointed to say the least

  Went in 15 mins prior to closing , kept me waiting for 5 at the counter , and walked over to shut computer down in front of me saying he is closing and cannot help me. There is 10 mins to closing time. TERRIBLE service!

  Thank you, Henry, an employee at AutoZone, for your assistance in locating the correct battery I needed. I contacted all AutoZone stores in Ogden, and this was the only location willing to assist me. The others were unwilling to help without a part number sticker, which was torn off from a deep cycle battery located in my grandmother's wheelchair, not in a vehicle. Henry took additional steps to match the battery based on its size. All other stores failed to help, but Henry found and identified the appropriate AGM battery. Although the cost is somewhat high at $286 each, I am willing to pay this amount to a store that is willing to provide assistance when others declined.

  Horrible experience. I came in to purchase a new battery and have it installed in my truck, which is a standard service that AutoZone advertises. The employee attempted to remove the old battery but quickly stated, “This is too complicated,” and refused to continue with the installation. When I repeatedly asked what was supposedly complicated, the employee could not provide an answer. This was a completely standard battery replacement on a Ram 1500 with no aftermarket accessories or modifications. I ultimately had to remove the battery myself while the employee stood there watching. After that, it still took over 10 minutes to complete a simple transaction, despite the store being nearly empty. Bottom line: the staff at this location either lack the training or willingness to perform even basic services that are expected as part of their job.

  Terrible service! Bought a new battery and they wouldn’t install it. They said they don’t install batteries despite their website saying so. Don’t go here because they can’t even do what they advertise. I recommend you go somewhere else. Also, the battery is standard and not in a weird or hard to get to place, the staff is just lazy and incompetent.
