  I went to my car wash where I’ve had a pass for years, which I just upgraded at their suggestion to full service. I go there a few days later and they’re closed. Apparently they’ve sold so they send me to another one of the car washes available. I find out only one car wash in the Valley has the full service offer in which they just talked to me and upgrading to. I’ve canceled and I will never come back again. No communication, no warning and taking my money when they knew the service wasn’t even available anymore.

  This place keeps getting worse! Most the vacuums dont work.

  For months now I've been trying to cancel my membership and have even had TWO confirmations that it has been cancelled. Yet I have still been getting charged. Any time I submit a form for help, they just tell me it is handled. This is robbery, this is unacceptable.
