  Stopped today for fuel. Inserted my card at the pump, the screen told me to see the attendant. I tried again, same outcome. I went in to talk to the attendant, but the line was very long and I had people in the car. I went out and pulled to another pump. Error code on the card reader. I pressed the button to speak to the attendant...nothing. The guy next to me had the same issue trying to pay. I left to get fuel from a station where I was able to pay at the pump. It was pretty ridiculous.

It's not just about the products that are offered by an establishment, it's about the respect that is cultivated between those who serve, and those who are served.   I was just at this location and they refused to business with me because they didn’t like how I was parked. Legit. I can’t believe it. The dumbest thing I’ve ever experienced. I love Maverik. But these guys at this location seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I showed nothing respect but they refused service because I parked bad. No joke. What the heck? I’ve never experienced that. In my life. I left my stuff on the counter and left. But this is the worst. Egos Ned to be handled. I don’t know his in charge but holy cow. That’s the most petty thing I’ve ever experienced. I hope the manager or whoever gets fired for being a terrible person. Maybe some customer serve training would help. Bad look for amazing Maverik. Terrible. And offensive.

  I stopped in here at 0700 today needing reading glasses in an emergency. The nicest lady gave me a pair of hers because they didn’t sell them. Thank you very much for being so generous to a complete stranger. I will pay it forward. The world needs more good souls like her. Thank you!!!!!
