  10/10 experience from start to finish. Car accidents are already stressful, but Gerber made the entire repair process smooth and easy. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and consistently kept me updated throughout every step. Not only was the communication excellent, but they also finished my car nearly three weeks ahead of the original estimate. Seth, the estimator, was especially great to work with. He is knowledgeable, kind, and proactive with updates the entire time. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the repairs and the level of customer service I received. Huge thank you to Seth and the entire Gerber team for making such a stressful situation so much easier. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

  They owe me a car I still can't believe I drove my car in for a dent in the bumper and no longer own a car just bought new transmission in 2023, newly rebuilt engine in 2024, fender bender unfixable let me find out!!!!!

  10 I would give Gerber a 100 if I could. They were amazing to work with. They worked with my insurance, State Farm, on a collision claim and were, by far, the most communicative and customer service oriented of any group I dealt with in this issue (insurance, police, the other drivers insurance, etc.) Gerber could teach every business thing or two about customer service! The work on my car was completed much faster than expected and when I went to pick up my vehicle and noticed it sounded “different” than usual, but couldn’t pinpoint where the problem was coming from, they were extremely patient trying different things to investigate the problem. They test drove the repaired car with me and confirmed my concern whereas many other places might have just shrugged me off. After several attempts to sort out the problem which kept them working well after their closing time, they agreed to keep working on it the next few days. A few days later, I received a text that they had determined the problem and I could come back to test it. Sure enough, it was resolved. As a female with limited car knowledge, I was so impressed with David’s kindness and patience working through the issue. (Something in the wheel). Most places I’ve worked with in the past have shrugged off my concerns or tried to gaslight me that I wasn’t hearing what i was hearing when it was so subtle. But he didn’t. He respected my concern and got it resolved. 100 stars for Gerber!
