  I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over a decade—back when it was Supersonic, then Take 5, and now Quick Quack—and I currently have a dozen vehicles on my account. Today, the car wash damaged my vehicle, leaving damage in two seperate spots on the passenger side of my car -- one the size of a basketball. When I brought this up, the staff was completely unhelpful. While I managed to convince them to file an incident report, they refused to even make eye contact, claimed they "did all they could do," and walked away. I don't know what direction Quick Quack is taking with customer service and quality control, but this experience was unacceptable.

  Would give 5 stars but they do not have enough self service vacuum bays. The mat cleaner is a game changer.

  caleb was super helpful and nice when i was paying i really like the mat cleaner overall 10/10 experience definitely coming back

  I’m just tired of this Holladay location being closed when I try to wash my car - they say they’re open til 7 and at 5:50 today they’re closed. This is not the first time - I need a new monthly pass for another company.

  This spot has been a headache. Double charging me for the last 5 months. Corporate tells me that can’t do anything. Attendants have said they can’t help. It’s like who is running this business? Corporate has finally gotten back to me after months of emails back and forth to state that Quick Quack now owns this place but is branded under Take 5 and to contact Quick Quack. Waste of my time and energy. Also, there is no consistency with what brushes work. Half the time half of the machines work. The machines leave scratches and swirls on the vehicle and an entire section of vacuums have been out of order the past 6 months. Place is a joke
