When I first sat in the car I noticed the passenger seat was damp. It wasn’t a big deal. In Moab everything dries in a few minutes. But they still gave us a discount on our rental. Will definitely use them again.

We were totally stranded in Moab during a crazy, busy tourist weekend after our 2017 F-150 picked up a misfire at Point S and ended up stuck there for days. We had our whole family with us, had to stay an extra night, and had zero way to get home until my family could drive 5 hours from up north to rescue us. That’s when Enterprise Moab stepped up in a huge way. Manager Nicole personally jumped in and got us into a Jeep Gladiator the same day. Yeah, the Gladiator was way too small for our family of four plus all our luggage — we were packed in like sardines — but honestly, it was an absolute lifesaver. Without that Jeep we would have been really up a creek with no good options. Nicole was professional, super understanding, and went way above and beyond to make sure we weren’t completely stuck. I can’t thank her enough — she turned a stressful situation into one we could actually handle. If you’re ever in a bind in Moab, call Enterprise and ask for Nicole. They truly saved the day for us. Highly recommend!
