  My dad and I had a reservation to rent a car upon arriving at enterprise we sat down to wait our turn to be serviced. We waited over 30 minutes while the workers answered phone calls and completely ignored us until my dad spoke up. The worker then continued to be rude to my dad telling him it was first come first serve however we were the only people in the shop. Once they finally started helping us, the worker paused what he was doing to continue helping a different Customer Who came in after us. By the time he began helping us again all he did was let me know that I waited over 45 minutes and couldn’t get a car that I had a reservation for we left with no car and extremely frustrated

  The are understaffed and it took forever to get our car. But the staff are friendly and helpful.

  My family rented a 15 passenger transit for the 6 of us to go on a road trip and 6800 miles later we are so happy we did. Thank you to the staff that were amazing.

  Rented from here a few times and it has always been an easy and seamless experience. Nice vehicles. Isaac and Jeff are great and have gone above and beyond. They don’t have the biggest inventory being a smaller location, so just call to confirm your reservation. We did get a free upgrade which was nice since they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved.

  The workers at this place are truly 10/10 people both in customer service and in character! I will continue to rent from this specific enterprise because of how kind, patient, and attentive the staff are. Every employee I interacted with, including the manager, were all extremely friendly. Always busy because they are great at their jobs! 10/10
