  The most helpful rental car place ever! I was involved in an accident, and I got a rental car through Enterprise. Every single worker I interacted with was SO unbelievably kind and helpful. I would hesitate to rent a car anywhere else after this!

  We recently had a fiasco of trip we live in ohio and drove my personal car to Utah after my nephew lost his trucking job and got stranded in Salt lake city. On the way back starting up into the mountains the motor in my car blew up and we had sat for 1.5 hours waiting on the wrecker service in 103 heat. We had been told that the car was $250 to rent no mention of a $200 deposit. Well we didn't have enough to cover all that so I was making phone calls while I was outside the manager comes up to me and hands me a card for a rental place down the road telling me that "they are used to dealing with people like us" i said what do you mean he goes well you kind of stink. It's obvious you can't afford a car here. When my dad asked if they offered a senior discount my dad said he is 70 year old. The manager then replied good for you. We finally get the car rented and I asked if it was clean he said no it's not but you can take it anyways. I asked for it to be cleaned he said you should just be on your way. Absolutely the worst I have ever been treated in my life. This man has no respect for people and shouldn't have a job in the hospitality industry

  I had amazing customer service at Enterprises on 4400 S. State in Murray. I was in & out of there in no time. Thank you Isaac for taking such good care of my car rental needs!! I will be back!!
