  We were given a same-day appointment and had a great experience with James at the Midvale branch. He explained every step of evaluating our car knowledgeably, professionally, and pleasantly. He piggybacked tasks when there was lag time on the other end of the computer work so he could get us out of there quicker. Just an hour after we arrived, we left with a check in our hands (substantially higher than the offer from another company) and smiles on our faces. Highly recommend!

  We sold my husband's first car. The employees are really nice and friendly. They’re honest and not pushy (not like the sales at car dealers). Mason was really nice, and he helped us negotiate with the super boss to give us a great number. So glad we brought our car here.
