  Unfortunately, the negative reviews of this place are spot on. I've been a loyal customer for many years (driving over 20 minutes from my home to come to this place) but my most recent visit will be my last. This carwash has gone from one of the best in the Salt Lake Valley to one of the worst. There are no shortage of carwashes in the Salt Lake area--PLEASE use one of them. My visit today featured the following...highlights: 1. They kept asking me for my personal information even after I told them I did not want to sign up for a subscription. Most places just let you buy a carwash when you say, "Just one carwash today." Not these people. 2. The carwash water smells like sewage. No way around it. I'm all for recycled water, but I've never had another carwash smell like that. 3. The machine that cleans the windshield did not come down correctly, leaving bugs all over my windshield after the wash. 4. The blow dryers stopped working halfway through drying my car so half my car was left wet. 5. When I told them the machines were not working properly and the wash clearly did not deliver what I paid for, they told me there are no rewashes unless I purchased the most expensive wash. Funny, because a few weeks ago, I was able to rewash when #3 happened at that time as well... From prior visits, I can also confirm that the vacuums/air nozzles frequently lack power and the floor mat washers are frequently broken. In the past, I put up with some of the quirks. Today was the last straw. I gave them multiple chances to do the right thing (provide a simple rewash for their machines clearly not working), but they just told me to back my car up and go around. "Scam" is too often used these days, but I'm not sure there's a better word for what this place has become. They don't deliver what you pay for and don't care if you aren't happy with it. PLEASE find a different carwash.

  The employees here feel like family. They are friendly yet professional. Christina, who moved from South Jordan to Midvale rocks! She always greets me with a smile and she knows her stuff!

  Really bad smell, love this car wash but whatever that smell is that just started within the last few months is awful. It smells up my entire car.

  Car wash sucks, misses so many spots on the car, and they don’t offer free rewashes on anything but their most expensive plan. The mat holders are mainly broken and the mat washing machines don’t do anything for fine dirt and leave your Matts soaked Don’t go here!
