  Had a great experience at the car wash today! Gissellie was extremely kind and walked me through the entire process step by step. Fantastic customer service, I will definitely be coming back

  Vanessa and Christine are super helpful and nice to be greeted when I come in. There is always towels and vacuums work. I appreciate the long hoses makes it easier to reach the whole vehicle. It's also one of the few car washes that has a mat washer and if it doesn't fit they also have a hose to help clean them off. A good location and always a great experience

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! My vehicle went through their wash and broke off my trim. I immediately brought the issue to their attention, expecting them to take responsibility for damage that occurred while my car was in their care. Instead, they denied responsibility and refused to pay for the repairs. What is most frustrating isn't just the damage—it's the complete lack of accountability. A reputable business stands behind its service and works with customers to resolve legitimate issues. This business chose to dismiss the problem and leave me with the repair bill. If this is how they treat customers after damaging a vehicle, I have no confidence in how they handle other complaints. I would never trust them with another vehicle, and I would encourage anyone who values their car to think twice before using their services. There are plenty of car washes that stand behind their work—this isn't one of them.

  Only getting 1 star because I can't give it a zero. Took my car in today and their carwash left a cloudy film all over my windows. Asked if I could take it through again as they were dirtier than before I went through and was told no. Gave me some bullshit excuse about my roof rack causing the problem, even though I have taken this same car through before without the issue. Also the entire car wash smells like stagnant water and leaves that smell on your car. Will never use again.

  What an amazing customer experience! Cristina was so amazing and positive. I was honestly having such a bad day and needed to get my car vacuumed and I wasnt looking forward to talking to someone in this moment. She was very understanding and was frankly way more positive than most customer service representatives I've seen in a very long time. I'd greatly consider giving her a raise, she most definitely goes out of her way to be polite and deliver amazing customer service. Thank you so much Cristina. Your attitude goes a long way. Thank you a lot!
