- RKRay KolleckerSep 29, 20261.0Got our car washed. I will admit it was dirty, hence why I came to wash it. A lot of car washes will not always get the back clean. I’m sure many of us have experienced that. They were telling us it’s our fault because the car washes dirty. Isn’t that the reason you bring it here. He did give us a wash but told us normally they wouldn’t do it again and from now on if we get the most expensive wash they will rewash if still dirty. I could take a hose at home and cleaned it better why am so paying 15$ to have a dirty car afterwards. I almost spoke up but didn’t want to cause a huge scene. My last to going here.
- PSPaul SorensenSep 26, 20265.0I go there daily! I am a rideshare driver. This group works so hard. But one works very hard, I see her doing all kinds of tasks from trash, to guiding cars, to handling the gate, to keeping the grounds, emptying the trash and doing maintenance. Her name is Luna! She is hard working, very professional, massively friendly and always on task! She is the best!
- EMEdgar MolinaSep 15, 20262.0I have a membership that is the most expensive and complete, but many times the washing I do not receive a drop of shampoo in my car.
- SHSunshine HarrisonSep 11, 20261.0Extremely disappointed. Paid for the twenty dollar wash. I had to request a second wash because my vehicle was still so dirty. Supervisor was confused as to why it was still so dirty. After going through a second time, I still had to clean all the residue spots and dirt still on my vehicle
- JLJesse LaverySep 4, 20261.0Place keeps getting worse and worse every time I come. They can't seem to keep everything running. It shut down 7 times not just for a couple seconds we're talking 30 seconds to a minute for each shutdown. So that 5 Minute Car Wash turned into about 10 minutes. And they definitely have a bacteria problem at the end of the line. Make sure you close your vents and turn everything off or you'll be smelling that nasty smell the rest of the day. I highly suggest that everybody stopped coming here and use a different car wash until they can figure out how to fix everything and kill that bacteria smell.
