  These guys were amazing from start to finish! I was recommended to them by my boss, and I’m so glad I took the recommendation. I really appreciate Brock and his entire team for making this such a great experience! From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, everyone was incredibly friendly and made sure they had all the details and understood my concerns before I left. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, which is honestly so hard to come by these days. They kept me updated every step of the way, explained what they were doing, and even called to make sure all of my concerns about my vehicle were heard and addressed. I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on. Pickup was just as great as drop-off! My car was clean, everything worked perfectly, and the entire experience was seamless. I truly couldn’t recommend them more. Between the amazing communication, professionalism, friendliness, and overall quality of service, Brock and his team went above and beyond. I would absolutely bring my vehicle back to them and recommend them to anyone looking for a shop they can trust!

  I've brought my 700+hp Mustang that was my baby here for a tune and I've also brought my 220k+ mile 4runner that I have done a lot of work on myself in. In all situations, they have guided me down a road to save money in the long run while ensuring both vehicles are good to go for a full season of trips and adventures. Must add the tune they put on the Mustang really was top notch.

  Was very pleased with all aspects of getting my car serviced by this shop. Scheduling was easy, phone barely rang once before my call was answered. Employees were very kind and knowledgeable when any questions were asked. Pricing was fair for the services done, especially for the knowledge and experience they have. If you’re looking to get anything done to your car the right way, this is the place to go.

  I had a fantastic experience at Premier Auto in Midvale. When several warning lights came on in my car, I wasn’t sure where to take it. After calling a few shops, Premier was able to get me in quickly. From the start, their customer service exceeded my expectations. They completed a thorough inspection, sent me a detailed report of their findings, and then took the time to call and explain everything. Their estimates clearly outlined the recommended repairs and costs, and they didn’t move forward until they had my approval. The repairs were completed as promised, and the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but I think I’ve found mine. I highly recommend Premier Auto!

  **BEWARE**I want to be very clear when i say the 2 individuals i talked to offered ZERO help in answering questions. I was never once asked about my setup up on what i was needing a dyno tune on. I was only meet with smugness and condescending remarks. I asked if i should break the motor in and drive her for a couple hundred miles or if you guys could do it, drain the oil and do full rpm pulls after oil change, i was asking for recommendations and was met multiple times with the comments "we don't know who assembled/built your engine", and "Whatever your pocket book can afford". No one asked what engine, what ecu, what transmission nothing. I was continued to try and give all information i could. This experience left Me and my nearly 10 year build with zero confidence in your shop.*** Called about a tune on w Coyote swap i just completed asking for some advice on when to tune. The guy wouldn't help at all he kept saying "whatever your pocket book can afford" and "we don't know who built/assembled your motor". This was after i told them it was a Ford racing crate engine multiple times.... The guy acted like they have never dealt with one. Won't be attempting any business with them again
