  Precision European saved the day after my 2008 Mercedes E350 suffered a catastrophic transmission failure with virtually no warning and with only 131k miles in her! She’s was first towed to the nearest dealership, where she shot for a week without anyone even looking at her. After I was quoted a price at the dealership, I quickly found another shop and towed her there where she sat for 3 weeks and we’re ultimately unable to get a rebuilt transmission because the supplier wasn’t able to get the parts. They shop I normally go to said they don’t do transmission work. I called all over town—anyone who owns a German vehicle knows that there aren’t a lot of shops in the Salt Lake Valley who cater to these vehicles. No one wanted to touch it (or wasn’t able to make the repairs). After my car had sat at two different shops for over six weeks. I called Keenan, I was desperate. He was able to source a used transmission from a nearby state and got my baby repaired for less than any of the other shops quoted me. “Jet,” my well loved vintage Merc, is purring like a kitten again and I have found a new reliable repair shop to have my repairs and annual maintenance done going forward. I highly recommend them. Keenan was honest and upfront throughout the entire process. Even their shop is nice and clean on the inside and in the waiting area. I was very impressed.

  My radiator blew on my Volkswagen. They did a thorough inspection on my car and sent me a list on a web link with photos. I fixed all but 2 of the broken things on my vehicle. The communication was amazing they even text when parts were on back order and an estimated time. I work a crazy schedule so I paid online and picked up my vehicle after hours. I will definitely only take my Volkswagen here to be fixed and have maintenance done !!!

  rude customer service. wouldn't give me advice on whether I should drive my car to the shop or not. I asked some other questions regarding what I've experienced with the other Precision and he treated me like I'm a liar or stupid. just a really condescending guy. I think his name was Ryan. not to mention a $250 diagnosis fee is outlandish. I took my car to a much more helpful place. I'll never go to Precision again.
