  This is an honest review. The truth is that they are very friendly no doubt about it. I actually like them but the problem is that they were attempting to charge me with very expensive unnecessary repairs. I was recently on vacation to the Nauvoo Temple on vacation from work when they called me. Again no question they have great personalities to connect with anyone but the repair bill for all of the unnecessary repairs was going to be 6,000 plus dollars. I talked with God at the Nauvoo Temple about it and the answer was not to go with them. The answer was that this place was not the right place for me. When I returned I took my business somewhere else. I have many friends who may want to go to BYU in the future but do to unnecessary repairs totally more than 6,000 dollars when other mechanics told me that my car was fine is a major red flag to me my family and friends. Again friendly and nice just not the right fit for me. If another mechanic says my car doesn’t need that repair then I just don’t feel that I should be doing business with someone who is pressuring me to make unnecessary repairs on a car that doesn’t need the repair. I will not be returning but if I see them in a church meeting somewhere in Utah I will definitely say Hi.

  After several unsuccessful and frustrating attempts at resolving electrical issues at Tesla, I took my car to Precision. Frankly, I had little realistic expectation and much anxiety about a non-Tesla shop. At first impression, their shop is incredibly meticulous and professional, much nicer than Tesla. I was greeted and checked in with utmost care and reassurance. Terrence started immediately, spent two days, thoroughly examined the car and found every cause for the problems, fixed them and within two days it was clear of all codes and ready for pick up. What Tesla quoted me around $12000+, they remedied with a tiny fraction of that amount. I couldn’t write enough about their professionalism, excellent communication and high ethics. Five plus stars.

  We’ve been here a lot recently, our car is getting old. I love how communicative the team is, and the service is so fast. And they work hard to get us loaner cars when we need them. Thank you guys!

  Good experience..so far so good with repair. They were very accommodating, a little more than I was expecting to spend. Overall 👍🏻

  I had a good first experience. They kept the same repair estimate after finding out they were short few hundred dollars. It looks like clean job,. No recurring issues so far. I’ll be coming back. Thank you
