  Picking up the vehicle the manager Leslie wasn’t very friendly in fact she was rude, but the car was great. When I dropped it off I wish I knew her name she was professional, empathetic and really friendly she was so kind to me , and that’s the only reason .i would go to this location again . I originally was going to give you 3 stars, but the worker dropping it off was amazing

  Fantastic! So great to work with. Enterprise is the best. The best customer service in the business. Thank you for putting the customer first, Enterprise! Troy at the Midvale, UT branch and Janna Robinson from the Business Support Center were exceptional and helping us arrange seven 15 passenger packer van rentals for our Rugby team tournament. I called everywhere and finally got directed Janna. It’s not easy to find seven 15 passenger vans. I have to give credit to Benjamin at the Saratoga, UT branch for directing me to Janna who was able to arrange this large van rental. The pre and post follow up calls meant so much to me. It took the worrying off my plate, knowing that the vans would be ready and that the vans were all checked in at the end and everything was taken care of. They even called to tell me that one of the vans was returned with an empty tank and didn’t want me to be surprised with the fuel charge. No other rental car company does this and has this high touch-great level of service. Thank you, thank you thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car!

  Enterprise crew in Midvale Utah were very professional and very courteous...I used a like new Jeep Compass and was very happy with it.. will do business again when I go back to visit the area

  These guys know their stuff, are amazing to work with, and have great customer service! I forgot the managers name but he handles everything all at once like a pro, impressive multi-tasking skills. Also the few newer guys that took care of me, you wouldnt even be able to tell were newer to the company. 10/10! Thank you guys! You made this process so easy to get my car fixed after an accident. Picked me up from the repair shop and dropped me off after.
