Jerom assisted me, and unfortunately, it was the worst customer service experience I’ve had. He didn’t ask me what type of car I preferred or if I had any specific needs. Instead, he assigned me a vehicle without any discussion or options. I was not offered insurance coverage or given any explanation about protection plans, which is something I always expect when renting a car. There was very little communication overall, and I felt rushed and ignored throughout the process. Because of this experience, I ended up leaving and going to another Enterprise location in Sandy to complete my rental. The difference in service was noticeable, and it’s unfortunate that I had to go out of my way just to receive basic customer care. Customer service should be about listening to the client and providing clear information, especially when it comes to something as important as a rental agreement. This experience did not meet even basic expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service at this location.
