  The young kid that works and it's got black hair brown hair and a beard looks like he's got 20 25 and customer so I wouldn't advise. If your a grown ass man don't go there or talk with him cause he's so rude judgmental you'll probably end up sliding him for his disrespect and his mourh he willl likely get p

  I have just returned to Midvale after being out of state. I had the check charging system light come on. I went inside to get some help in understanding what this meant. Hunter was very helpful. He came out to my car and did the tests needed and he explained the problems, showed me the parts in the engine that caused the light to come on, and explained a lot about my car. He was kind, patient,and understanding. Thanks so much!

  I had a terrible experience at this AutoZone. They sold me the wrong part, and I hadn't even left the parking lot before realizing it was incorrect. When I went back inside to exchange it for the correct part, the "manager" raised his voice at me and told me he didn't have to help me. Instead of correcting their mistake or processing my refund, I decided to leave and go to another AutoZone location. The other AutoZone was able to get me the correct part and provide the customer service I should have received in the first place. No customer should have to go to a different location just to correct a mistake made by the original store. I won't be returning to this location, and I hope management addresses the way customers are treated here. Based on my experience, this store's customer service was completely unacceptable.

  Stephen was the most helpful! I tried to replace a MAF sensor on a 2013 Sentra a while back, but I used a Duralast and afterward the car would hesitate to accelerate. Stephen explained that an American sensor in a Japanese car was likely the problem, so I got the Hitachi sensor and it fixed everything! Great customer experience all around!

  Xavier helped us pick out and install a battery. SUPER FUNNY guy kept us in good spirits while dealing with car trouble. Great conversation and super down to earth. Give that man a raise!
